Vote for Systemic Racism?

The most damaging California legislation in over fifty years will appear on our November ballot. Both the California State Legislature and Senate have approved the removal of California’s Civil Rights Act dating back to 1968. California was the first State to legislate against discrimination, and now will be the first State to remove Constitutional Rights from any category of people they choose! The following phrase is to be stricken from the State Constitution:

“The state shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin.”

The rights guaranteed by the US Constitution are Civil Rights! This new legislation will give the Socialist Democrat run Government of California the power to selectively remove rights of free speech, peaceful assembly, possession of arms, religious liberty, protections from unlawful search and seizure; every right that our forefathers fought and died for.

This new legislation will appear as Proposition 16 on our upcoming ballot deceptively titled “Repeal of Proposition 209 Affirmative Action. The text of the Bill has nothing to do with Affirmative Action; but rather strikes the Civil Rights Act of 1968 from the State Constitution!

For California Democrats, the only way to “fight systemic racism” is to make it legal for the government to become overtly racist!

Vote yes for Proposition 16 if you support systemic racism and discrimination based on race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin. Vote no on Proposition 16 if you wish to protect the Civil Rights of ALL PEOPLE under the Constitution of the United States.

Spread the word. If Proposition 16 passes, California will become a third world country overnight. Freedom is never truly free. Our Rights may be carelessly voted away through ignorance. History teaches, the price to retrieve Liberty lost can only be paid with blood.
